Solution
JIA DU Group completely transformed its fabric and auxiliary material warehouse,production workshop and finished product warehouse, and automatically developed an intelligent warehouse management system for fabrics and auxiliary materials in cooperation with software vendors; JlA DU Group invested in 4 sets of German BULL MER LOT automatic fabric cutting machine and spreading machine,Al intelligent fabric inspection machine,Automatic labeller machine,15 intelligent hanging LOT production lines and nearly 3,600 LOT template machines and automated sewing equipment. At the same time, JlA DU Group sets up a hanging system and a hanging logistics line. The All-in-one production mode intelligently connects the entire piece to the sorting process,and at the same time adds automatic sorting,automatic packaging systems and intelligent finished product warehouse modules.
